My health has made huge improvements! I feel so good after 4 months- better than I have in years! Anxiety down, sleep improved, energy improved, hot flashes improved and so much more! I am glad I jumped in for a 6 month program! The doctors are amazing, the coaches are amazing. Everyone is truly kind, caring and helpful! You are listened to and given time to share your concerns and needs, they attend to the whole person! But know that you have to do your part in things, by making effort to eat healthy, exercise regularly, and taking the suggested remedies and supplements as prescribed, etc. when you all work together as a team, the health improves! I have been a patient of Dr Udell for over 10 years. When I first became his patient I was on 8 prescription drugs and still had multiple medical issues including depression, restless legs, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, anxiety, and insomnia. I am now much healthier and feel that I am cured of headaches, fibromyalgia, and depression. I have very few issues with the other health concerns and occasionally when I have a flare up with Dr Udell’s help I can get back on track quickly. He was able to help me reduce the dosage of one of my prescription medications substantially and I am totally off of 3 other prescription medications. I eat much healthier now and feel a lot better. I would highly recommend Arizona Natural Health Center to anyone that is in need of a better way to get healthy and to stay healthy.

We are so happy with the services provided by Dr. Oskin and his team. We live in Illinois and have done all of our appts virtually. They are so quick to respond and everyone is so kind and helpful. Most importantly we have seen incredible results from the treatments prescribed to our daughter for her chronic GI problems. We have seen so many doctors and are finally seeing life changing results with the remedy provided by Dr. Oskin. He is a great listener, compassionate, and has lots of experience!

Dr.Oskin is amazing!!!! Everyone I have dealt with at the office has been helpful and supportive. My son ended up with bad seasonal allergies and I didn’t want him to live on medications forever. Dr.Oskin worked with us and now my son is allergy free and I couldn’t be happier. We have helped him with many other minor things and I will always continue to use this route of medicine because it truly works.

Dr Oskin and the whole staff are amazing! My elementary aged son was diagnosed with ADHD. We have battled for years with his behaviors and anxieties. We started seeing Dr Oskin about 9 months ago and my son has made such amazing improvements with both. It’s all trial and error but when Dr Oskin finds the right fit man does it make a huge difference! Anytime you call the office they are right on it and take of any little thing you need. Very happy with our experience at Arizona Natural Health.
