I’m not someone who normally takes the time to write reviews, but Dr. Summers truly changed my life, and I feel like people should know.
When I first came into the office, I was in excruciating pain. I was bent over, barely able to walk, barely able to move. I had already spent six days laying flat because it was the only position that gave me any relief. The pain had gotten so bad that even standing felt impossible. When Dr. Summers heard how desperate I sounded
, she asked me to come in early so she could help me sooner. My first words to her were “ please help me”
From the moment I walked through the door, the entire staff made me feel seen and heard. That kind of care is rare—not just in medical offices, but anywhere.
Dr. Summers took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing. I told her about the numbness and buzzing sensations running down my legs and how the only thing that helped was laying flat. She asked me a few very specific questions and then said something that stuck with me: she knew exactly which disc was bulging based on my symptoms.
Up until that moment, I thought I was dealing with simple muscle pain. I had been using heat and massage guns on my lower back—two of the worst things you can do for a bulging disc. Instead of just treating the symptoms, Dr. Summers educated me on what was actually happening in my body.
She started me with laser therapy to increase blood flow to the injured disc and help it begin healing. She also had me start steroids and scheduled another laser treatment a few days later. After letting my muscles recover from being immobilized for nearly a week, we moved on to my first adjustment.
Something else that’s important to mention: I’m not someone who likes being touched, especially by people I don’t know. But with Dr. Summers, I never once felt uncomfortable. She’s incredibly kind, calm, and knowledgeable, and she explains everything in a way that makes you feel completely at ease.

I’ll be honest—I was skeptical about chiropractors before this. I had tried a couple in the past and never experienced much improvement. But Dr. Summers is different.

Dr Summers and Kristy have taken great care of my wife and I. I have seen many Chiropractors and Masseuses for my low back pain and lumbar fusion, and these two have been far superior! Liz, who welcomes you as soon as you come in, has been so helpful and accommodating!
I drive 35 miles each way, passing many other providers, to get the best care at Advanced Holistic Health Center, and I recommend you do too!

Dr. Summers is a skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate chiropractor. Have referred her many times. My husband and I have taken advantage of the adjustments, acupuncture and cold Lazer treatments with a great deal of success. No hesitation to recommend her.

Dr. Summer’s and her office staff are Incredible. I have been seeing her for 11 years now. She keeps me healthy and tuned up every 3 weeks. Whenever I have a problem other than chiropractic, she leads me in the direction to get the answers and treatment to solve my issue.
Top Notch Doctor.
Acupuncture and Cold laser treatments have been an asset in my treatment plan over the years. Her quality supplements like immune boosters and probiotics that I just started on have really improved my health.
