I have enjoyed every part of working with Vitality Integrative & Desert Bloom and experienced great results, and even better connections with the healers themselves. I have been working with Dr. Natalya to heal my gut health, feminine health and cystic acne for 6 months now and finally starting to see some amazing results. After years of searching for answers and a provider who will listen - I found Dr Natalya!! I originally went to Vitality Integrative Medical for hormonal imbalances/ skin concerns after birth control. I have now referred 2 people to see her because she is simply the best! I finally feel like I am on the right path to healing.

After experiencing a skin issue that my dermatologist could not diagnose, mainly because she didn’t bother taking the time or putting any effort into caring. She Subscribed me an anabiotic that put me in a state of depression and showed no results of healing my issue. After several weeks of being in intense pain I reached out to “Natalya”. Taking me under her wing with a genuine caring approach, she was on a mission to figure this issues out and putting me on course to a natural path of healing. She is amazing 🤩. I would give her 100 stars if this was applicable. She listens and so so knowledgeable. I am a woman of color who scars easy, keloid and hyperpigmentation— the gamut so trusting my skin issues with any physician isn’t easy. But I trust Dr. Natalya wholeheartedly with my skin concerns.

I am a retired military veteran, and also served as a Master Fitness Trainer for the Army. I have always been passionate in regards to my health and fitness. After retirement, I still had a consistent exercise regiment in order maintain a good state of health as well as fitness. However, I noticed that my energy level was gradually diminishing. My thoughts were, it's just "Father Time" finally catching up with me, and this was my firm stance, because I have always tried to consistently make healthy food choices, or so I thought.
This is when I was fortunate to find Natalia, a Naturopathic Physician and Brian, Nutritionist with my neighbor's assistance. The entire experience has been amazing, starting with an extremely detailed questionnaire (I furnished a copy of my most recent lab results), which enabled them to provide me with an initial consultation, very specific in regards to my current state of health. I thought my health was good, with the exception of some minor digestive issues (bloating after meals). Well, they provided me with the education of my life, by explaining some foods that I thought were benefiting me, actually were not. They were doing more harm, than good. Also, they provided me with simplistic scientific examples of how my body responds to ALL of the food we consume and it made so much sense in relation to my issues. Based on this they did comprehensive labs (received results within 72 hours), explained an easy to follow eating lifestyle, food preparation processes and natural remedies to restore my health to an optimal level.
Following their expert advice, I lost 8 pounds in an eleven day period, and my energy level has been steadily increasing. This Naturopathic means, has provided me with a restored level of vitality, which I thought was lost forever. I'm sure many of us, can totally relate to my situation.
